This policy explains how The Lucknowi ships your orders.

1. Processing time

We dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. When your order ships, we send you the tracking details.

2. Delivery estimates and coverage

We ship across India through courier partners. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Whether we deliver to your pincode, and whether COD is available there, is shown at checkout.

3. Shipping charges

Any shipping or COD charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We never add charges after you have placed your order.

4. Cash on delivery

COD is available on serviceable pincodes and may need confirmation by phone or one-time password. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.

5. Delays and failed deliveries

Courier delays sometimes happen for reasons outside our control, such as weather, strikes or remote locations. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 days, contact us and we will follow it up. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available, we will contact you to arrange another attempt or a refund.
